Dear Anne Logo
I seem to have developed “brain fog.” What can cause this? Signed, Fuzzy-feeling in Fountain
Dear Fuzzy-Feeling:
Although it isn’t a medical condition per se, many people have complained of this condition since the Covid experience. In fact, I would refer you to Bay Coastal’s archives for this article: “State Surgeon General Advises Against The Use Of MRna Covid 19 Vaccines.” (9/17/24)
However, a Yale Medical study said that if brain fog is caused by the Covid-19 injection(s), you should recover within six to nine months.
A Harvard study also said to overcome general brain fog: Get aerobic exercise, eat a Mediterranean-style diet, avoid alcohol/drugs, keep a socially active schedule, and the one I like the best: KEEP a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

Here’s hoping “the fog” lifts soon!
