Apprehension of Alabama Fugitive

BAY COUNTY, FL - On November 22, 2024, the Bay County Sheriff's Office and members of the United States Marshals Service responded to an apartment complex located on Panama City Beach. Larry Hylton was located at the complex and taken into custody for his outstanding warrants out of Dale County, Alabama. Hylton was wanted on a charge of Rape in the First Degree and Sodomy in the First Degree on a victim less than 16 years of age. Hylton was taken into custody and booked into the Bay County Jail. He is being held without bond while awaiting extradition to Alabama.
