Lynn Haven Daycare Drama: Ex-Worker Nabbed for Child Abuse After Social Media Spill

LYNN HAVEN, FL - The Lynn Haven Police Department has arrested a former daycare worker from a Lynn Haven daycare for child abuse.

The Lynn Haven Police Department became aware of an allegation of child abuse that occurred inside of a daycare class in October of 2024 in the City of Lynn Haven following a social media post. The family of the child involved contacted the Lynn Haven Police Department and an investigation was initiated. 

Following the investigation, Francis Denise Chambliss of Cottondale, Florida, was arrested for Child Abuse. 

The Lynn Haven Police Department would like to thank the Florida Department of Children and Families and the United States Marshal's Service for being an integral part of this investigation.
