Death of Donna Santiago on Lisenby Avenue Rocks Community

PANAMA CITY, FL – A tragic incident on April 3, 2025, has left the Panama City community mourning and rallying for justice. At approximately 10:53 a.m., the Panama City Police Department responded to a fatal collision on Lisenby Avenue north of Highway 98, near the Circle K at 15th Street. A large white SUV, backing northbound on the shoulder, struck 53-year-old pedestrian Donna Santiago, a Panama City resident walking on the west side of the roadway. Santiago was rushed to Bay Medical Center but succumbed to her injuries.

The investigation remains active, with authorities working to uncover the circumstances of the collision. The Panama City Police Department urges anyone with information to contact them at 850-872-3100 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at 850-785-TIPS.
