by Emerald Coast Regional Council

BAY COUNTY, FL – The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) in partnership with the Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC) is excited to announce the development of the 2024/2025 Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trail Master Plan, a major update to the region’s current plan. This initiative aims to enhance safety, connectivity, and accessibility for non-motorized transportation, while promoting active lifestyles and reducing traffic congestion.
The TPO is calling on the public to share their input and help shape the future of Bay County’s pedestrian, bicycle and trail infrastructure. Community feedback is vital to ensure the plan reflects the needs and priorities of residents, businesses, and visitors.
