PANAMA CITY, FL - On Friday, Sept. 5, Cedar Grove Elementary, located at 2826 15th St., is basking in pride as it earns the highest score among 15 Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs recognized with the “Excellent” designation by the Florida Department of Education, Division of Early Learning for the 2024–2025 program year.
