Millville Christmas Parade: Celebrate the season with the Millville Christmas Parade on Friday, Dec. 5th at 10:00 AM. City Commissioners and staff will participate in this beloved tradition alongside Bay District School students. The parade route will take its traditional path, beginning at Millville Waterfront Park.

Annual Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony: Join us downtown for a magical evening at the Center for the Arts at Four Points Plaza on Friday, December 5th, starting at 5:30 PM for the Annual Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Stay a while after the ceremony and enjoy The Price Family Christmas Light Show on display for the month of December at Bay Arts Alliance. Let’s light up the holiday season together!

Downtown Christmas Parade: Get ready for the 2025 Downtown Christmas Parade in Panama City! It’ll be on Saturday, December 6th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This year, the parade route returns to its traditional route, beginning at the Downtown Marina and traveling north on Harrison Avenue to finish at Tommy Oliver Stadium. Come out and enjoy this family favorite holiday parade!

No Child Left Behind Toy Giveaway: Join us for the No Child Left Behind Toy Giveaway on December 13th at Oakland Terrace Park, beginning at 9:00 AM and running while supplies last! This free, public event offers a drive-thru style toy pickup—simply share your child’s age and gender, and volunteers will provide an age-appropriate gift. This event aims to spread joy and ensure every child has a brighter holiday season.

39th Annual Boat Parade of Lights: The countdown is ON for the 39th Annual Boat Parade of Lights! Get ready for a magical night on St. Andrews Bay filled with twinkling boats, holiday cheer, and waterfront views you will love. This year, Destination Panama City will introduce a holiday drone show that brings the sparkle of this beloved tradition to the skies above the St. Andrews Bay as well as on the water.  The Boat Parade will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 5:30 PM, with the drone show kicking off the night at 5:00 PM. Watch decorative boats travel St. Andrews Bay from the Yacht Club west to the Hathaway Bridge. And don’t miss the Holiday Village at the Panama City Marina: Holiday-themed vendors, festive music, and a special visit from Santa will have everyone filled with Yuletide cheer!
