Street Painting Festival In Downtown Panama City!

by Karen Custer

PANAMA CITY, FL – Join us at the Panama City Center for the Arts in Historic Downtown Panama City on Friday, March 6, Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8 for the 6th Annual Florida LUXE Arts Festival, a street painting festival presented by Bay Arts Alliance. Visitors will have the chance to witness the magic unfold as artists transform the sidewalks of downtown into a visual feast of colors and 3-D illusions, as well as enjoy performances by local musicians. They will also be able to enjoy the Panama City Farmers’ Market on Saturday and see the newest exhibitions at the Center for the Arts. The event includes renowned national street painters, local artists, live music and performers. There will be fun for everyone with street chalk painting, artisanal vendors, face painting, tie-dyed t-shirts, hand-crafted jewelry, local foods for sale, live painting, kid’s chalk zone, and new this year – murals!

The event is at the Panama City Center for the Arts, 19 E 4th Street, near 4th Street and Luverne Avenue, Panama City. Parking is behind the Martin Theater off Grace Avenue, at the State Attorney’s Office off 5th Street next to the Panama City Center for the Arts, or in Public parking downtown.
