PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL – International real estate company Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), https://timeequities.com/ is hosting a ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 18th at 4 p.m. Central to celebrate the completion of its new $50 million luxury apartment community, Emerald Park. Emerald Park is situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, on Front Beach Road at Laurie Avenue.

Guest speakers at the event will include President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Chapin of the Bay County Chamber, Panama City Beach Mayor Mark Sheldon, Florida Representative Griff Griffitts and Time Equities Chairman Francis Greenburger.

First resident move-ins have already started. Leasing and management for the community are being handled by Woodruff Management.
