Major Investor Finishes Developing Emerald Park
PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL – April 18, 2024 - On entering this new facility in Panama City Beach, Emerald Park, guests for the long-awaited ribbon-cutting ceremony were greeted by the delightful Veronica LIVE podcast host, Veronica Kemeny, a retired Major from the US Air Force and recipient of five Meritorious Service Medals.
The well-spoken investor in the property, Francis J. Greenburger, CEO of Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), founded in 1966, with over six billion dollars in assets, is an American real estate developer, literary agent and philanthropist, whose Francis J. Greenburger Foundation makes donations to over 250 non-profit organizations. His bold vision also led him to be a venture capitalist, do leveraged buyouts and invest in alternative energy projects such as a wind farm in Hubbard, Texas, a pre-treatment facility for biofuels -after converting an old Dupont chemical plant in the Mississippi Delta and a plant to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
Mr. Greenburger employs teams of people who recommend potential investments in under-valued properties in over thirty (30) states and seven other countries including Italy, Canada, Germany, Holland, England, Portugal and in his favorite location, Anguilla. His Anguilla location offers a resort for all of the craftsmen, chefs and service people and is home of three of the top four hotels in the Caribbean.
We were seated in the inviting amenities center, featuring various seating areas, a game room with pool table, meeting rooms, leasing office, gym with extensive equipment and full-height windows featuring beautiful views. The amenities center was built to bring together the old with the new, the old being the original property built in 2010 and the new property built on the land next door. The deluxe apartments are built to high standards and feature upgraded amenities and unique floor plans. The apartments are considered workforce housing with rents starting at $1,799 per month.
The original investment by Greenburger was in the older property but now includes the land next door. The market recently became favorable for new apartment buildings so this brand-new development was completed.
