Traton Homes Welcomes Collins Pace as President of Florida Division

MARIETTA, Ga. — Traton Homes is excited to announce Collins Pace as Division President of its Florida Division. Bringing a wealth of insight and experience in residential real estate, Pace will be responsible for implementing growth strategies and driving profitability in the Florida market.

Pace was most recently with D.R. Horton in Nashville, where he served as Division CFO overseeing finance, accounting, land acquisition and purchasing. He started his career at BDO U.S.A., where he gained experience in financial statement audits for SEC registrants, private equity sponsored and privately held clients across various industries.

Pace graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting. He also holds an active CPA license.
