She started The Beach Wagon in July 2023 because of the waste happening at local hotels. Visitors to the area would buy chairs and umbrellas and then not be able to take them home in their car or on the plane. The hotel doesn’t want to assume responsibility for the equipment, so they throw it away. This troubled Jacy and she decided to find a solution.

Her solution includes different packages or individual rental items for young and old alike. Her mission is to offer top-quality, reasonably priced rental products, reducing the need for single-use beach gear. We're committed to protecting our waters and landfills from excess waste, ensuring a sustainable, enjoyable beach experience for everyone.

She reports her customers are very satisfied with the quality of the equipment and fall in love with The Beach Wagon and/or The Beach Trolley. She wanted to make sure that we had a range of products to satisfy different needs and wants. For instance, she provides four different types of beach chairs: the typical low-rise beach chairs, children's chairs, and loungers, and the taller beach chairs for those that may struggle with lowering or rising when using the low-rise chairs. She has the big wheel carts that residents know are essential on the beach for transporting items. She also has sun canopies and tents for people that prefer those over umbrellas.

The Beach Wagon has many packages from which to choose. For example, the "Put My Toes in the Sand" package includes: The Beach Wagon, (2) low-rise beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a "The Beach Wagon Beach Bag". The beach bag is a gift to customers. The price starts at $149.00 for three days and is an additional $10.00 per day (up to seven days). Keep in mind she provides about $1000 worth of equipment in the “Put My Toes in the Sand” package so this is an incredible bargain.

If you want to rent one of her packages she will deliver to and pick-up from rental units. For condos and hotels, she will meet you at the front of the building. Locals can set up a meeting place with her. These deliveries are planned for morning to avoid traffic and get you to the beach as quickly as possible.

She also sells The Beach Wagon and The Beach Trolley and soon will offer other products. She provides discounts for her renters from her Vendor Partners, such as Gulf World Marine Park. She offers sand toys for younger children and games and beach toys for the older ones. Customer service is very important to her, and she is grateful for each opportunity to make someone's vacation better.

While she hasn’t run into any problems with having enough product to rent on a given day, she looks forward to that being a problem.
