Attempted Assassination of Former President Trump

BUTLER, PA - The Associated Press reported at 5:15PM CT what sounded like gunshots "rang through the crowd" at the Trump rally in Butler, PA.

His son, Donald Trump Jr posted on X a photo of his father surrounded by secret service, flag waving behind him, with his fist in the air and blood dripping from his right ear. "He'll never stop fighting to Save America."

In 1968, Robert F. Kennedy and in 1972, George C. Wallace were both shot on their campaign trails by attackers at close proximity. Kennedy tragically lost his life, while Wallace was left permanently paralyzed from the waist down.
