Kiwanis Club Hosts Candidate Forum for Bay District School Commission, District 1

PANAMA CITY, FL - On July 31, the Kiwanis Club held a candidate forum featuring School Board member Jerry Register and candidate Whitney Nieves, who are running for Bay District School Commission, District 1.
