Attorneys Request Criminal Investigations into Dr. Anthony Fauci and Others
BAY COUNTY, FL - Avery Brinkley Jr. MD, a semi-retired physician living in Bay County, has been assisting the Vires Law Group in West Palm Beach, Florida. The law group is collaborating with the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation to pursue criminal indictments and prosecutions across multiple states on behalf families who lost loved ones during the COVID pandemic due to alleged mismanagement and/or fatal “COVID countermeasure” treatments received while life-saving treatments were suppressed and denied in Florida hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities. Dr. Brinkley shared information about the initial legal filings, which began in Florida last year and has since expanded to Texas and Louisiana, with no response from the Florida Attorney General as of yet.
"We have witnessed the largest genocide in world history bar none over the past four years, and thus far neither the financially incentivized hospital protocols nor the COVID shots which are not vaccines but gene altering agents which fall under the definition of bioweapons have been addressed, while most media continue to dish out propaganda which incites fear and coercion amongst the population. It is well past time for our state and local governments to intervene”, stated Dr. Brinkley.
In October 2023, Vires Law Group requested a criminal investigation into Dr. Anthony Fauci, other federal officials, and hospital administrators in Florida. The request, directed to Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, alleges serious offenses such as 2nd degree murder, aggravated manslaughter, and racketeering under state law. This action was taken on behalf of 32 Florida residents who lost relatives due to alleged mismanagement of COVID-19 and suppression of crucial treatments.
Following this, in March 2024, the Vires Law Group, along with Chris Byrd Law Firm and Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, expanded their efforts to Texas. They sought criminal investigations from District Attorneys in 22 Texas counties regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci and other officials. They requested that these cases be referred to Attorney General Ken Paxton for further action, representing the next-of-kin of 46 victims. The allegations include serious charges under the Texas penal code, such as capital murder and trafficking of persons.
In June 2024, the Vires Law Group, Edward L. Tarpley, Jr., APLC, and Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation took their campaign to Louisiana. They asked District Attorneys from nine parishes to investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci and others for alleged crimes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The request included making criminal referrals to Attorney General Liz Murrill for potential charges, representing the relatives of nine victims. The alleged offenses under Louisiana's criminal code include terrorism, first-degree murder, and human trafficking. supports indictment and prosecution.
In all states, the attorneys argue that an in-depth investigation is necessary to establish whether the evidence supports criminal indictments and prosecutions. Floridians and Americans in general are encouraged to make their support known for the above requested criminal investigation by contacting the Florida attorney general’s office by either telephone (850-414-3300) to voice their ardent support and/or send an email message to https://legacy.myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services
