Deane Bozeman’s FFA Secures Top Honors

SOUTHPORT, FL -  Deane Bozeman School’s Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapter has garnered national recognition for its innovative environmental project, "Tallying Cuban Tree Frogs." Out of over 5,000 submissions, the project has been named a Top 10 Premier National Chapter finalist. This prestigious accolade highlights the exceptional efforts of the students in their commitment to environmental stewardship. Becky Peltonen, Deane Bozeman School FFA, thanks all community supporters for this accomplishment.
 
In addition to this individual project recognition, Deane Bozeman School’s FFA chapter has also been honored as a Top 10 National Model of Excellence. This title reflects the chapter’s overall exemplary performance and commitment to agricultural education, leadership, and community service.
 
FFA, an intracurricular student organization dedicated to agriculture and leadership development, plays a crucial role in agricultural education. It is one of the three essential components of agricultural studies, combining classroom instruction with hands-on experience and leadership training.
