Frank Brown Park - Miracle League Pavilion & Restroom

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL — The City of Panama City Beach is set to enhance Frank Brown Park with the construction of a new Miracle League Pavilion and Restroom. This project involves the complete build-out of a pavilion and restroom facilities, with the contractor responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th, at 1:00 PM CDT. The meeting will take place in the Panama City Beach Council Chambers, located at 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Following the meeting, a visual inspection of the job site will be conducted. Please note that there will be no virtual participation option available.

Bids for the project must be submitted to the City of Panama City Beach at City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. All bids are due no later than September 27, 2024, at 9:00 AM CDT. Following the deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read.
