Central Panhandle Fair Returns October 1-5

BAY COUNTY, FL  — The Central Panhandle Fair is set to make a grand return from October 1st through October 5th, at the Bay County Fair Grounds promising a week of fun, entertainment, and special events for the whole family.
The fair kicks off on October 1st an 2nd with a Pay-One-Price deal. Admission is $20 per person, with gates opening at 6 PM on both days. This offer allows guests to enjoy a wide array of attractions, shows, and fair food for a flat fee.
On October 3rd, military members can enjoy free admission with valid ID. For other adults, the cost is $15. Unlimited ride armbands are available for $35 until closing. Seniors aged 65 and older can enter for free.
October 4th is known as School Day, students get in free starting at 4 PM. Adults pay $15, and students receive a special ticket and armband combo for $30, granting unlimited access to rides. Armbands for adults are also available for $35 until closing.

The last night of the fair is October 5th.  Gate opening at 2 PM. Admission is $15 per person, with armbands available for $35 until closing. It’s the final opportunity to experience the fair’s festivities.

  • Special Student Ticket (October 4th only): $30

A Glimpse into History:
Founded in 1945, the Bay County Fair Association initially held fairs at various locations across Bay County. The fair has since grown substantially, attracting over 40,000 attendees by 1998. Today, the fairgrounds, located at 2230 East 15th Street, Panama City, FL, serve as a central hub for local history, heritage, and education. The fair continues to provide valuable insights into agriculture, homemaking, arts and crafts, and more.
