New Southport Sports Complex

BAY COUNTY, FL - The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to construct the new Southport Sports Complex in accordance with Barge Design’s construction drawings and specifications.

ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER BIDS for ITB NO: 25-02 Bay County Southport Sports Complex will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CDT) Thursday, October 17, 2024. 

Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements.
