Six Members Recognized at Beach Chamber Awards Dinner
PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL (February 27, 2025)—The Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce’s celebratory Annual Awards Dinner presented by Noble Public Adjusting Group was a night of recognition as they honored six of their outstanding members on Thursday, February 27, at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.
This prestigious event acknowledged members for their dedication and accomplishments in the community and with the Panama City Beach Chamber. Awards included the Young Professional of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, Business of Excellence, Humanitarian of the Year, Community Impact, and a dedication to the Chamber’s 2024 Chairwoman.
"The Awards Dinner is an opportunity to honor these members for their significant contributions to the Beach Chamber and the community. Our award recipients truly deserve recognition for their volunteer work, support of those in need, and the positive economic impact they've made for our destination so tonight we celebrate their remarkable achievements and dedication,” says President/CEO Kristopher McLane.
The 2024 Young Professional of the Year Award was presented to Sarah Grace Klip with Peoples First Insurance. Her ambition to see young professionals like herself thrive within the community played a key role in promoting the Young Professionals program and growing its membership.
The Ambassador of the Year Award winner was Kristin Sines of Edward Jones. Her devotion to the Beach Chamber’s growth and influence has truly gone above and beyond since joining the Ambassador team.
The Business Excellence Award was awarded to Emerald Coast Hospice and accepted by Karla Balmoja. This organization joined the Chamber nearly 25 years ago and has since proven to be an exceptional member and partner in our community.
Humanitarian of the Year Award was given to Melissa Traxler and the Pineapple Willy’s team for their generosity and commitment to improving our area and the future generations to come. Throughout the years, they have hosted many impactful “give-back” events that directly benefit our community and the organizations that work tirelessly to serve others.
The Chamber awarded its 2024 Community Impact Award to Jay Quave, George Roberts, Scott Rossman, and John Warren of the Bay Point Billfish Open for their revitalization of historic tradition. Moving into its third year, the Bay Point Billfish Open has proven to boost economic impact, increase tourism, and foster a sense of community pride.
The Past Chair Award was given to 2024 Chairwoman of the Board, Robyn Evans. Her commitment to leading the Beach Chamber helped grow the membership to over 1,600 members.
