The design plans for the West Beach Drive Multi-Use Sidewalk Project are complete. Please note that the final design is subject to review and approval by the Florida Department of Transportation and the Panama City Commission.

● Path width varies from 8'-12' (concrete)
● Removal of 120 trees: 54 pine trees (24 of which are dead, in poor health or are a safety concern), 64 palm trees (3 of which are dead), and 2 oak trees
● Addition of 227 trees, 82 of which are oak trees, for a net gain of 107 trees
● Turn down curb to reinforce structural integrity of the roadway
● 17 Bay Savers (stormwater filtration systems) to reduce trash and debris from entering the bay
