City of Panama City Beach Seeks Bids for Ready-Mix Concrete Purchase and Delivery

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL - The City of Panama City Beach is currently accepting electronic (e-submission) and sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete. This concrete material is intended for use by various departments within the City, and must adhere to all FDOT, Federal, local, and state regulations.

Bidders are required to submit proposals that are in compliance with Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, regarding Public Entity Crimes. Any items appearing in the manufacturer's regular published specifications furnished by the Bidder are assumed to be included in the Bid Proposal. Any deviations from these specifications must be outlined in an attached letter.

The City of Panama City Beach is open to reviewing proposals with deviations from the standard specifications, as long as they do not impair comparative functional equivalency. This flexibility allows for a wider range of options and encourages innovative solutions for the City's concrete needs.

All Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM CDT. At this time, all Bids will be publicly opened and read, ensuring a transparent and fair selection process.
