PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL -  Pier Park is once again gearing up for its annual “Halloween Costume Drive,” offering a helping hand to local families and visitors in need. Running from October 1 to 25, this community initiative invites residents to donate new and gently-used Halloween costumes to be distributed to those who might not otherwise have access to festive attire.
The Mall Management Office at Pier Park will serve as the collection point for costume donations. With support from JCPenney, which is providing clothing racks to facilitate the drive, the event promises to be a seamless experience for both donors and recipients.
Costume donations are being accepted on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and noon, and again from 12:20 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break from noon to 12:20 p.m. During these hours, individuals can also browse through the donated costumes to select their favorite pieces while supplies last.
The drive is open to costumes of all sizes for both adults and children, ensuring that there are options available for everyone. This initiative aims to make Halloween special for all members of the community by providing access to costumes that might otherwise be out of reach.
