PANAMA CITY - Holi Indian Grill in Panama City invites you to embark on a culinary journey across India at their Tour of India dinner., Thursday, January 23rd from 5 to 9 p.m.  This special evening will feature a thoughtfully curated menu with live serving stations showcasing iconic dishes from different regions of India. Each station will highlight the unique flavors, history, and cultural significance of its dishes, offering attendees a deeper appreciation of Indian cuisine.
The South Region will feature a Live Dosa Station, celebrating this beloved South Indian dish with freshly prepared dosas served alongside a variety of chutneys. The North Region’s Tandoori Station will bring the robust flavors of North India to life, offering assorted kebabs and breads cooked to perfection in a traditional tandoor oven. From the East Region, an Indo-Chinese Station will explore the popular fusion cuisine born in Kolkata, West Bengal, blending Chinese cooking techniques with Indian spices and ingredients—a legacy of Chinese immigrants who introduced their flavors to Indian street food culture. Representing the West Region, a Mumbai-Style Chaat Station will offer vibrant and flavorful street food snacks, symbolizing community and celebration.
